When I was 7 I used to pull my hair out while I was asleep because of my anxiety.... it’s hard to believe now. Thankful that now as an adult I have learned tools to work through anxious moments... today I’m planning to meditate. What is your anxiety story and how to you deal now?

Anxiety is an interesting given; I first used licorice powder in a gelatine or cellulose capsule to flatten all inequalities. Until I was able to give my anxiety a well-deserved place between all my other mental states. Your mental equilibrium is made of different emotional states and they all together make how you feel as a person, the sum of each is how you feel. When anxiety takes over, don't ignore your anxiety, be gratefull to be able to feel it, and at the same time try to give yourself a little bit more love/attention/appreciation/leverage. By giving a place to your 'weakness', you are becoming stronger to deal with it. Make it yours. Good luck. 🍀

Look at sky for 10 or 15 minutes. If it’s bright and sunny, you’ll be amazed at you experience. If it’s overcast, you can contemplate the beauty of clouds. And if it’s night, you can celebrate the beauty and wonder of the stars, knowing that are universes more distant than we can imagine on the edge of our own. In any case, what surrounds us can help us realize that there are far larger things all around us. Hard to be anxious when you are communing with Mother Nature...

I don't get anxiety to be honest however if you meditate you will calm your mind
