Refugees go through a terrible experience until they reach safety again. Being a refugee is not a choice! I was lucky enough to get a second chance, to start over in a new country. Many do not get this chance. It saddens me deeply that a whole generation of Syrians has never known their country at peace. Hopelijk komt het ooit goed! Jou boek gaf mij duidelijk aan hoe sluimerend een oorlog gevoerd kan worden.. hoe kansloos de mens toch kan zijn om niet te begrijpen dat vrede hemel is! Onbegrijpelijk waar mensen toe in staat zijn. Ik heb diepe respect voor wat de vluchtelingen moeten door staan. Door jou boek heb ik 100 procent meer begrip! Succes met alles je bent een sterk voorbeeld voor iedereen! 😘

nine years has gone and we thought its just about few months when the war first started!! I am so regretful for all the time"years" that passed cause what i achieved can't be compared to what i planned to!!! however will just stay committed to my dreams

I'm sure you have heard the news of the terrorist attack here in New Zealand. Unfortunately some of the victims were for Syria. It's heart breaking to think that they came here to find peace and a new life. They did not come hear to die.

I have always wanted to live somewhere safe during this war, but after what happened today in New Zealand, i believe now that there is no safe place on this planet 😔

Very sad. We in South Africa also have many refugees from strife torn African countries and we see there struggles daily 😪
