Looking at the palm trees dancing in front of the sparkling ocean in Hawaii...my little eyes just wanted to cry. I hope this encourages you, if you are feeling like I did, many years ago...that life felt hopeless, nothing good was in my future...you have no idea what is up ahead! I’M EXCITED for your future, even if you aren’t yet! Because many years ago, I was in a difficult relationship, where I wasn’t “allowed” to leave the house, I had been told my dreams were nothing but “pipe dreams”, I was told by others my dreams would never happen, I had no car or food to eat. I would eat sugar packets and creamers from the McDonald’s near my apartment complex for food and I didn’t have even a dollar to my name. I was depressed and hopeless, I felt trapped and afraid and I never could’ve imagined even the possibility of going to Hawaii, let alone, ANYTHING good happening in my life. I am not telling this story as a sob story, I’m just telling you a little part of what my life was like!😂 Later, I used a dash of all the people who said my dreams would never happen, to be a little extra fire in my belly to work extra hard and prove them wrong...my decision at times that “failure was not an option” because if I failed I’d be homeless and starving!😂 Be encouraged because Kandee years ago, NEVER would’ve believed what blessings, like being able to be in Hawaii & have a table of food to eat like this, that God would have up ahead.
