Feeling pretty flippin’ pumped for the week ahead! I wandered round @waterstones yesterday in Market Harborough (loveliest little town ever) and as I soaked up all the shiny covers and beautiful illustrations and that new page smell, I thought about how incredibly, incredibly lucky I am that I get to be a published author and be part of this world.

I’m in the final stages of finishing Wilde Women at the moment and I feel really buzzed for it. I think it’s the most dramatic story yet but also, and this is something we’ll discuss in a video soon, it’s very special for another reason too (#NoSpoilers).

Yesterday I thought about how amazing it will be when I walk into shops and see it proudly stacked with its other book buddies, how lovely it will be when I meet you on tour and how proud I am of Robin, Kath, Lacey and Lyla for the adventure they’re about to share with you! .
Being an author is one of my favourite things and I just want to say a really big smooshy thank you to any of you who have read my books, it means suuuuuch a lot to me and I appreciate you immensely. Ooofff, my heart. .
PS - Picture is from yesterday pre shop mooch. If I took one now, you’d have to spoon your eyes out. I look like an egg in a greasy topknot with a laptop. #Glam. ?
