Nationals 2019 done and dusted!
After winning the last 7x senior 800m titles, I had to settle for silver this year- with my speedy friend @ktbugz14 taking the win!

I was also 2nd in the 1500m behind Katherine in another close race. I gave it everything but she had more left in the last 100m. Massive congratulations Kat!! Kat and I then joined up with 2 other speedy women- @fimohurdles and @kate_meynell to win the 4x400m relay!

Also a big well done to everyone else who competed this weekend including @stellapearless.s on bronze in the senior women's 800m @rebekahgreene on bronze in the 1500m and a special mention to @krystiesolomon winning the u18 800m and my training partner @speedmonstar on her 800m seasons best!

I am of course so proud of my husband @sam_tri_run who was 3rd in the Men's 800m!! ♥️ .
A couple more races of the New Zealand/ Australian season then time to build up for Europe and ultimately World Champs!! .
