Been really into acaí bowls lately & tested out making my own one today! ??????

Smoothie portion:
Frozen acaí blend
Frozen blueberries
Frozen mango
1 scoop @ascent_protein whey (I used lemon sorbet flavor but vanilla is always a classic!)
Almond milk - JUST enough to blend but I wanted it to be really thick.

On top:
Banana
Strawberries
Sunflowerseed butter
Chocolate pb granola (think the brand is called Elizabeths)

Green Smoothie: makes 2
1/2 avocado
1/2 cucumber
Lg handful spinach
Juice from 1/2 lime
1 or 2 scoops antler farms Vanilla protein powder
Chia seed
Ice
1/2 cup water
almond milk
Cinnamon
Matcha tea powder is optional
Stevia is optional
Topping with fruit (banana) and protein granola as a bowl is also optional.

I like one that’s super easy if you’ve got a stick blender- just blitz 100g silken tofu with 1 cup frozen strawberries. It’s like strawberry sorbet but with all the protein and without using powder. I usually drizzle a tsp nut butter on top 👌🏽
