As a vegan I fully accept that cows milk is wonderful...if you’re a baby cow who needs to put on 1,000 pounds by the time you’re 2 years old. For humans, cows milk often causes or contributes to ovarian cancer, prostate cancer, acne, obesity, and diabetes. Plus it’s filled with pus, blood, pathogens, bovine growth hormone, pesticides, and antibiotics not approved for human consumption. So, unless you’re a baby cow looking to double it’s weight every month, you’ll be much healthier without drinking another animals secretions. Pic @luciaheffernan
