For those of you close to me have known my journey for the last couple of years with my fathers illness. He was diagnosed with leukemia 2 years ago and extended his life expectancy. We were blessed to have an extra 6 months with this crazy soul. He passed at 11pm last night. To reflect on what gifts were given to me by my father would be too long to list but here are a few: he taught me independence, fearlessness, humor (sometimes bad.. well.. most of the time), forgiveness, unconditional love, confidence, acceptance. Most of all.. how to to live each and everyday like it’s your last. He truly lived this way up until the end. He is so deeply missed already. #rip #dad #leukemia #lasvegas #utah #spirituality
