Happy International Women’s Day... ?
Here’s to strong women everywhere:
May we know them,
May we be them,
May we raise them.
I am lucky enough to be surrounded by some of the strongest and most inspirational women i have ever met. Unfortunately at the start of the year, we lost one of the most brilliant women, one of the most positive influences on my life- my grandma. We will miss you every day Mave. But you live on in me, my mam, my sister and the rest of your amazing family who think of you and the lessons you taught us constantly.
I believe in love and the importance of family because of my grandma- she also taught me to take no shit btw! ? I try to be kind, caring and resilient because of my mam- but I won’t ever lose my heart, my soft side, because I’ve realised it’s such a huge part of who we are. I see what real strength is everyday when I look at my sister and she makes me laugh like no one else.
I wanted to THANKYOU all for making me who I am and constantly inspiring me to be better. I do not know what I’d have become without you.
