Throw back Thursday. Found this picture while going through photo albums the firemen (firefighters) removed from my home when they realized they couldn’t save it. They tried their hardest to save my house.

the_wicked_bliss @therealcamille I used to be a firefighter & we always tried to grab photo albums & pictures from the walls if we knew they were in danger of being destroyed. So many times the victims were so grateful for that despite everything else they lost. I am so glad my Brothers & Sisters in California do the same. I am sorry for all that you lost & I am grateful not only that there was no loss of life (for your family) .... but that you have found a great partner to support you through these tough times & brings you happiness again.
