In this day and age where dispensaries are opening up in Ga. as well as all over the rest of the country and Marijuana being a BILLION dollar/yr industry... How is it deemed fair,reasonable,or appropriate for US to be not only arrested,tried,& penalized for it,but also Blocked out of the industry of legal growing & distribution of it? How is it ok for a white man in Oregon,Nevada,or Colorado to grow,smoke,& profit MILLIONS from Marijuana but a young black man from the Westside of Atlanta who’s been nothing less than a service and a pillar to his community can be jailed & taken away from his family for allegedly doing the same thing? And don’t give me that because it’s legal Bullshit...Because WE ALL KNOW The laws of man in this country has led US astray many a time historically. The Capturing,Buying,Selling, &Raping of our people was once legal. Hanging a black man,woman,or child IN PUBLIC was also once legal. Alcohol was once deemed illegal (although president JFKs grandfather made an illegal BMF type of empire off of it and changed the trajectory of his lineage FOREVER!!!)... Seems like the laws are set up to do much of what the fist police force was assembled for... to hunt,capture,kill,& enslave OUR PEOPLE!!! jaivisgriffin Yup it’s crazy I’m on probation for less than .5 grams do y’all know how crazy that sounds. I have to pay 600$ in fees and 140$ a month for drug and alcohol test because I cant drive out to cocoa when I get off work because it’s too far to make it in time. I got caught up waiting for my friend to get off work I was parked in Walmart parking lot to long and Walmart has a no sleeping policy which the officer told me gives them the right to walk up to vehicles to check inside for drugs and weapons. I wasn’t even sleep. I guess I looked like a sitting duck. Smh i hate the system. No more weed for me I’m done not gonna give these crackas a reason no more. Legal or illegal.
