I’m considering doing this diet as well. Is the Mediterranean diet a lifestyle for you or a diet you started after your heart surgery? Does your sweet husband follow the diet as well?

lpfit62 I watched All My Children in the 70's and 80's. I would dismiss myself from school early to watch!! I love that room!!!!
