She lifts me up when I am down and knows that laughter is the best medicine. I aspire to live like her and make every moment last. @michelleobama inspires me because she followed her dreams and passions and went to become the first African American First Lady of the United States at a time when people said it was impossible or that it would never happen. She persevered and struggled to make a better life for herself and her children. During her time in office she maintained her dignity and grace the entire time and never stooped down to the level of the media or people that criticized her. She inspires me to follow my passions and dreams and never let anyone’s poor actions define how you act. It’s a tough world out there and it takes a strong confident woman to succeed.
