The fall 2019 shows of Paris Fashion Week have come to a close. Here are some of our favorite moments from the runways, as captured by @tmagazine’s photographers. | At Rick Owens’s show, photographed here by @kevintachman, Rick had some of his models wear prosthetics created by the artist @salvjiiawhich. Rick dedicated the show to Larry LeGaspi, the American fashion designer who created flamboyant costumes for Kiss, Divine, Grace Jones and Labelle. At the @Maison Margiela show, shot by @mollysjlowe, @jgalliano used what he calls his “degeneration” technique, one which strips traditional garments down to their purest form. The @エルメス show, captured by @kevintachman, featured a collection by Nadège Vanhee-Cybulski. As @デヴィッド・ボウイ played, she presented neutral-toned leather knickerbocker jumpsuits, double-faced cashmere coats, printed silk tunics and nip-waisted shift dresses. And at @le_grand_palais, @シャネル presented its last show with a collection by #KarlLagerfeld — the prolific designer who died in February. For the show, photographed by @kevintachman, #Chanel transformed the exhibition hall into an Alpine skiing town and Karl presented ski-inspired ensembles. @ペネロペ・クルス also walked the show with a single white rose in her hand.
