Tonight we will be gathering at 7 above B&A for our weekly community sit with @openspacemindfulness. We will be focusing on using the energy centers in meditation over the next 7 weeks and tonight we will initiate that process by focusing on our root chakra (identity, safety, security, goundedness, connections). 7-8 tonight - come through entrance on Knott St - all are welcome!
