cheztev @longchamp I recently ordered the la pillage tote bag . Used it twice , and all the stitching on the handle has undone . Contacted your dept , sent the bag back as requested . Received an e mail saying they will mend it free of charge !!! WHAT ! I would like a new bag or a refund Thankyou very much . Not fit for purpose . Not good customer relations . 😐
