nandee.m I had a horrible almost stay at an air bnb in New Jersey. When I walked into my room there was a mouse. So I canceled the reservation and left. And now Airbnb is saying because I didn’t take a picture of said Mouse they are going to dispute my claim. It’s disgusting that Airbnb isn’t for the customer and is for the host only. It should be illegal to let people host in dirty houses.
