NO ESTAS SOLO
No estás solo en esta lucha por encontrar el equilibrio y el significado. No estás solo cuando sentís que estás destrozado y el mundo no te necesita o no te entiende. No estás solo cuando ves publicaciones en las redes sociales que te hacen cuestionar tu autoestima. No estás solo cuando las personas que te rodean no entienden que lo que estás pasando es REAL. Una verdadera enfermedad. Un desequilibrio químico que no podes controlar. No estas solo. ¿Y adivina qué? No estas roto. No sos raro No estas loco NO eres un pesimista. SOS increíble y único/a a TU propia manera. Tenes cualidades, rasgos y habilidades que otros desearían tener. Sos un símbolo de fortaleza, perseverancia y esperanza. Este mundo te necesita acá, porque tu propósito es más grande de lo que crees. Unite a mí para educar a la gente sobre la salud mental. Enseñarles que no es una opción estar deprimido o ser bipolar. I k ow it's been a few yrs but I know you were on Y&R what the hell happened to the character, what was the characters name? I look up and you were gone. I know at that time the powers that be was a mess and a bunch you guys was gone. To bad because I thought you were great. I wish they would have invested in you and brought on your family. Now they brought on this Rosales family which none of the actors are good. But I'm glad your around what are doing and are you in any other series or Movies now that I can check out?

we_are_magicians Thank you so much for this!!! As someone dealing with mental illnesses, I know damn well how f*cked up the health system can be for mental illnesses. So we need more awareness like this to change things and stop the stigma. People need to understand that it's real. ¡ Muchas gracias para eso ! 💙💙
