Ok we all know i love to pour a cup of piping hot motivational tea once in a while...so open wide my darlings! This is a pic from when i was bleeding my guts out onstage every single night for almost 10 years...trying so fucking hard to get the “industry” and “the world” to see that i was talented, worthy and a fucking queen. And while a lot of people did see & support me, ALOT didn’t...never returned my emails, or thought i was good but not “successful enough” to write/work with, etc. As soon as i had a “hit”, alllllll those emails/calls/texts that hadn’t been returned came pouring in like i had thousands of new best friends who suddenly thought i was “good enough”. But lucky for me, i grew up in this “business” and already was immune to the reptilian energy...and there are ALOT of angels in this industry as well obvi and for them i am so grateful...but there is polarity in everything, girl! ? I realize that not everyone has that advantage but have no fear, mother is here ☕️ I was ALWAYS talented, i was ALWAYS worthy, i was ALWAYS hard working, i was ALWAYS an icon in my mind...and i always knew in my heart i belonged on the highest realm and believed in the fucking dream...nothing actually changed, people were just suddenly paying attention to me now. So the ACTUAL tea is...when you hear no over and over, don’t get your calls returned and feel like no one believes in you, you have to say FUCK IT and USE IT for motivation to keep going like the queen or king that you KNOW you are...and one day when the universe opens up and drops you a little morsel of opportunity (which it will if you are a good person and stick to your guns), you can think to yourself, I FUCKING TOLD YOU SO! ?? ALWAYS WALK WITH YOUR HEAD HIGH NO MATTER HOW LOW YOU FEEL OR HOW MANY NO’S YOU HEAR! Play the game with vigor, certainty, optimism and a sense of humor or else it will eat you alive....and trust me no matter how much “success” you have, the bullshit and the hustle never goes away...so have fucking fun with it all! I BELIEVE IN YOU! ?Cuz hunny....a tiger don’t lose no sleep, don’t need opinions from a shellfish or a sheep...okurt ?
