Over the decades, #NorthKorea has used the remains of some of the 5,300 Americans who are still missing from the war as bargaining chips. After Kim Jong Un and President @ドナルド・トランプ met last June in Singapore, Kim handed over 55 boxes of unidentified remains from the Korean War. But unseen behind the high-profile theatrics, armies of #American experts are making the most of hope. Pentagon scientists in Hawaii have positively identified three soldiers through X-ray matches, historical data and DNA testing. One brittle bone among 710 others made the difference for 95-year-old Elizabeth Jones Ohree. The oldest surviving sister of Hoover Jones, photographed at her home in Rocky Mount, N.C., spent her life trying to make sense of the scraps of information the military provided about Hoover's disappearance in 1950.
