Long walks have been one of my best friends this week, really helped prepare my mind for the mountain I’m about to climb ??Literally so Excited to get back to the Gym & Training We’re gonna smash it team! ignasimartipalet I've had to stop playing field hockey. I haven't played for ten months now and I don't know when I be able to play again. It seams like I have crohn desease or something similar, and every time i do physical exercise I have an episode of nausea, stomach ache... Walking has become the only kind of exercise that I can do and for short amounts of time. I hope we both can get to our best selves as soon as possible!
