This was my second campaign for @secretdeodorant But my first time to NYC on my own as a working actress. They put me up at the Essex House Central Park for a week. I was so young and in awe of the world and the opportunities coming my way. When I wasn’t shooting the commercial, I just walked and walked and walked the city.
I love exploring and NY had so much stimulus. The architecture, honking horns, clopping horse feet, rotting garbage, tree canopies, diners, theatre, museums, the opulent wealth vs. poverty, shopping...(@faoschwarz had these huge teddy bears ?in their store front window -ooh I wanted one so badly but the bear was bigger than the studio apartment I shared w a GF at the time. Lol)
It was a wonderful experience and a trip/job I will never ever forget. .
