Yesterday’s @rickowensonline show, “Larry Women’s” was a continuation of this season’s men’s show. With Owen’s having just finished his book on Larry Legaspi, the mastermind behind Kiss’s ‘space-sleaze’ look, models wore body- elongating boots, leather jumpsuits and ‘knocked-off’ cheap gift shop snowboarding glasses in homage to Legaspi. Owen sighted the collection as being “more nostalgic than I usually go for, but this 1970’s vibe reminds me of an era thrilled with potential liberation as opposed to our current one that sometimes feels sullenly entitled.” Body modification mogul @salvjiia designed the beauty looks seen here in a film by @hunterabrams.
