Today’s little mantra ?

In the social media society we live in today it’s hard not to compare yourself to others, look at their lives and feel inadequate, but remember that what we see online is only a fraction of that persons life, and sometimes it can be a filtered, over embellished fraction

I have to admit I am guilty of this, looking at others and comparing myself, feeling I should do more, be more, earn more etc and the truth is, we should be happy and content with who we are right now

It’s ok to WANT to be a better version of yourself but never feel you NEED to... You are enough ?
