Humble beginnings. Top 8 finalists for the cover of Seventeen Magazine. This is what officially started my career as a print/ catalogue model. I was repped by Model Club-Providence, The Models Group-Boston. Boss Models-NYC, Next Models-Los Angeles.... the beginning was such exciting and uncertain Times! I used to take the Greyhound bus from providence to nyc twice a week for castings when I didn’t take my moms car to go! Lots of footwork and pounding the pavement. Very little photoshop was done back then and you HAD to look like your pics or you’d get clowned! They wouldn’t consider marketing you as a “model” unless you were at least 5’8” if not you were called a “commercial girl.” #ModelHistory shout out to @petermellekas for getting me my first agent and getting me started for real! #1994 #Models
