love_hannah96 So I bought a pair of shoes and they were too big so then I went to the store and returned them just to have to buy them online again and pay for shipping only to get them in and they’ve obviously been used and the string that holds them together was cut as well as the shoe being dirty. I called customer service and they said I could exchange it with no shipping fee but now I send it back just to buy it again and pay for shipping again?! Heck no this is absurd

kristykingh @target I really like your stores except the check out process and it does lead me to chose other stores unless you’re the only store I can buy something. My store usually has only 1 checker and otherwise one must do self checkout 🤬🤬 🤬. This does not fit your style of a more trend/upscale than WM store. I don’t want to check and bag my own items. If that’s the case I can other online.
