@mrpolandguy very true pal, even I did, concern on my last flight from Dubai to Dallas(14+hrs) had broken seat head rest when I spoke to crew member, she just brought me a extra pillow. Still they got extra room on plane. Never changed my seat BTW, My also a skywards member. @emirates stop those loyalty programs

No more chauffeur service for awards tickets since March 1st.. The ticket has been bought in February but Emirates refused to provide the service... what kind of loyalty program is that when you fly Business and you are Gold... You just don’t care clients! Wishing you a deeper crisis..

@lourdeslaxa the same thing is happening to me now they lost my luggage and gave me a pir number and later they sent me an email claiming am not entitled to any compensation they’re bullying customers and don’t take responsibility of their faults am highly disappointed

Disappointing unfortunately, it was great but the privilege to be skywards member is not like before, i get shocked when i upgrade my seat from economy to business by miles that it wont include car transportation like before!! From mach 19 ?! Why then to be loyal!
