So frustrating being injured! ?? will come back stronger from this. Yesterday I just had to train something! So got a half decent leg session in & some abs. Felt great being back in there but physiotherapists told me today I’ve got a couple more weeks before I can use my arm properly and start to rebuild it! ? Just before this injury I felt good in the gym again and felt I was getting back into good shape... now I have to restart in a couple of weeks!!
Everything happens for a reason though and just can’t wait to get back in the gym training properly again ?? just realised how much I’m feeling sorry for myself ?

mumatomy2boys @danosborneofficial feel you pain, have been out of action due to tennis elbow and a botched cortisone injection for 3 months. Was I a good place and had gained so much progress, now I’m back to the start again rebuilding all the work I had previously done. Take it easy xx
