Due to an annoyingly persistent shoulder injury, I have a lot of pain doing push-ups. I found that push-ups on a yoga ball however don’t bother it at all. It definitely bring a whole new balancing aspect to the exercise which keeps things interesting and your whole body has to truly be engaged in order to not fall off. If you have an injury, try different alterations to the core exercise to see what you can do rather than just stopping training that body part all together. #motivation #gym #fitness #kinesiology #strengthandconditioning
