The ARKET Café offers single-origin specialty coffees from organic farms in Honduras and Peru.

In our cafés in the UK the coffee comes from Chirinos Cooperative, located in a remote area in the Andes Mountains of North Peru. The beans grow in high altitude and are harvested late in the season, allowing them to ripen slowly and develop sweet and complex aromas. The beans are hand-roasted in small batches by Union’s award-winning roastmasters in East London.

In the rest of our cafés, coffee comes from beautiful cloud forests in Honduras. The farms are part of the progressive, eco-conscious Cocafelol Cooperative and use only organic fertilisers made from byproducts of the coffee production. The beans are roasted in Stockholm by Johan & Nyström.
