I always had a problem with leaks coming from “unnamed sources close to the police department.” First the CPD says he’s cooperating and is credible, the next day they say he’s not. Then this! This case takes another twist every day!

The #JussieSmollett debacle gets more confusing by the day. Earlier this week it was revealed that Smollett had paid his allege attackers, Ola and Abel Osundairo $3,500 to fake an attack on him in #Chicago, however sources now say that was not the case. New reports say that the $3,500 check that Jussie wrote to the brothers was for 5 weeks of personal training services and meal plans. According to the source, Jussie was trying to get fit for a new video. The memo line on the check also reads, "5 weeks training nutrition plan." Ola and Abel reportedly told the grand jury they were paid for the 5-week program and not for the attack but unfortunately, that’s not the way the story made it out to the public.
It seems this story is ever changing.
