This morning I have experienced the coldest weather in my whole life at 1600m of Mt Asahidake, the highest mountain of Hokkaido - such harsh climate that plants won’t even grow. It was -15°C but due to extreme strong wind I was told it felt something like -25°C ?. It was also snowing and the snow blew like crazy my face hurt (I think you can see from this photo haha I couldn’t even bear uncovering my face lolol). But I also saw diamond dust for the first time ever キラキラ in the sky and it was the prettiest thing. TOTALLY WORTH IT. I would totally do it again. It was literally a ?⛄️?❄️☃️✨kind of day. I love you Hokkaido.
