La Petite Danseuse de Quatorze Ans, 1880, Edgar Degas. 14 yr old Marie van Goethem got kicked out of the Paris Opera ballet school for skipping classes to pose for Degas. The sculpture was found in the corner of the artist’s studio after he died. No one knows what happened to Marie. I found her hanging out after hours in the halls of the @メトロポリタン美術館 .
