meadowt Hi @vitamix I ordered the ascent 2300 from amazon twice. And I’m returning it a second time tomorrow this week. It just didn’t work. It ran a couple of times when I tried to clean it with cold water and soap. And then it issues running again. Can I order a unit from you guys which I know WONT have issues? Is this expected in the first couple of runs? I didn’t even get to the point of smoothie making yet.
