Hi guys??, just thought I’d give you a quick update, having to fly home early from the European team champs last week due to getting pain around my big toe I had a scan that showed minor joint irritation. After off loading the joint for a few day & anti inflams it hasn’t seemed to subside. So today I’m heading to London for an injection that will hopefully help. With all England just around the corner it’s important to get it fully right! Although it’s been frustrating I’ve still managed to get plenty of good training in and I’m almost certain I’ll be raring to go for the big AE (if not I’ll just chop it off)??! ?????????
