jon_f_77 I was called a Westie throughout my younger years. It was a derogatory term used by people in the wealthier parts of Sydney for those of us living in the working class lower socio economic western suburbs. We wore it with pride and we could go to any local beer barn to see The Angels, Rose Tattoo (and even AC/DC but that was before my time) I didn't start sneaking into pubs until I was 15 🙂
