I typically apply a full in about 45 minutes, but I like to work low and slow. ? Meaning, I like to use a low volume developer and give it time to do its job. Even though my client had layers of previous at-home color, I was able to achieve maximum lift with a 7 volume developer and maintain the integrity of the hair." ?
