2 warm up sets of up-down as quickly as possible on my lajštice.
Pinch Hangs
Set 1: Hang 10 seconds w/ no weight
Set 2-6: Hang 8 seconds w/ 4 lbs added weight
Rest 6 minutes
Campusing 2-5-7
Do L/R arm each set
6 sets
1.5 minute rest between sets
Rest 6 minutes
Single Arm Crimp Hangs (3-5 seconds)
Do L/R arm each set
6 sets
2 minute rest between sets
