Today, don’t let anything you see online fool you. No ones life is perfect. Love yourself. Appreciate your life, because it can always be worse. And if you’re too tired to do the above, drink some coffee ?
This week was hell with both kids sickie. As a mom, you would trade anything than to see your babes in pain. Anyway, my point is that you can never tell someone’s real situation on Instagram and it’s always a great reminder to just DO YOU and not compare your life to anyone else.

It’s now been 6 weeks since some of you suggested i start taking collagen peptides for my hair skin and nails. I’m sooo happy that I’ve stuck with it and @sportsresearch collagen is so convenient because it easily dissolves into my coffee ??☕️ because who has time for anything that’s not convenient?
