Valentine’s Day is a made up thing, created by corporations to get you to buy stuff. Don’t feel any obligation to celebrate it, or pressure to fit into some outside idea of how it should look.

But it’s always a good day to tell people you love them. I’m not talking about a significant other — those don’t make you whole; you do that for yourself.
I’m talking about family and friends and those that make your life better and bring you joy every day.
And that includes yourself.
