One of the strangest business trips I’ve been on so far - catch and prepare your own battered fish lunch at Aquamarine Fukushima! Being British, I do love fish and chips so i liked getting the chance to be so involved in the process of making my own battered fish. We caught and prepared the fish, and then staff deep-fried it for us. This experience is run to help kids achieve a better understanding of where their food comes from, but people of all ages can try it out.
