A new day- and it feels like a whole new world. These past few days I’ve been struggling a bit with the overwhelming number of opportunities that are developing, all which require action on my part. I was a little paralyzed by the monkey mind trying to figure out what to do and in what order to best serve the greater good.
So I let it go, hiking instead of emailing, meditating instead of seeking advice, sharing laughs with a dear friend over pasta and a glass of wine rather than putting my options up on a white board, and sitting in stillness riding the frequency of Deuter’s Temple of Silence as it carried me to no place or time before drifting off to sleep.
It’s powerful how creation offers up a path of least resistance, and it’s incomprehensible that our way to it lies in the gaps between what we do or think. That’s the magic of creation. Life always finds a way. We just have to allow.
