Taking about digital detox and social media during the “liveTV” at @lessommetsdudigital .
A digital detox won’t bring anything if we disconnect for a small period of time and reconnect even more later... it’s like going on a juice detox, and eating fast food right after, you won’t feel better. You will end up craving food for a couple days and eat double at the end.... For me what matters most is to understand WHY we were addicted or had a unhealthy relationship with our social platforms or our smartphones in the first place, and then create new healthy connections ( in real life) while on the digital detox, that answer our needs, so we can easily reconnect mindfully and find meaning behind our screens... How ironic to bring awareness about social media on #socialmedia !
