Back on October 3rd, during Domestic Violence Awareness Month, Skye took to Instagram to voice her thoughts and personal experience dealing with domestic abuse.

She left the identity of her alleged abuser unknown stating, “I never said who it was because I knew it wouldn’t matter to a lot of you” ————————————————————————
The artist also dropped a video for hit track “Build” ft. #ArinRay which fit well with her theme of liberation from abuse and abusive situations.

According to her tweets late February 11th she, her crew and new beau were accosted by some of #SheckWes’s comrades while he watched from a distance. ————————————————————————
Skye is now calling for Wes as well as his label to take accountability for his actions and Twitter is right behind her with pitchforks & cancellation at the ready.
