Steak Stir Fry ??

Ingredients:

12 ounces top sirloin, trimmed
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 large red onion, sliced into strips
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced into strips
1 cup white mushrooms, sliced into halves
1 tablespoon Flavorgod Everything
Directions: -
Slice meat into cubes. Slice against the grain. -
Heat the wok on high heat. Swirl in 1 teaspoon of the oil and add the beef spreading evenly in the wok. Cook undisturbed for 20 seconds letting the beef brown. Using a spatula, stir meat, cooking another 2 minutes. Transfer to a plate.

Add remaining teaspoon of oil to wok, add peppers, mushrooms and onions and cook about 2 minutes. Return beef to the wok, season with Flavorgod Everything and stir fry about 30 seconds. Serve over brown or white rice and enjoy!
