Bunch of things here:
- my wrists are not flexible so instead of having them pointing to the wall, I have to do that hand flip ?
- the closer your hands are to the wall, the harder the exercise becomes
- the less straddle your legs are (more pointed backwards), the harder it is as well
- lastly, do you best to keep your legs straight, I find it increasingly hard as they lower ?

I love/hate this exercise ? I love working on my mobility and finding positions that are challenging for me; this one, although seemingly basic, is a hard one for me! This is also why straddle handstands are so hard for me, I can barely do it pinned against a wall. ?

I watch how effortlessly some do this movement and for now, that is not me. Happy with progress though, and always love the process ❤️ I think back to even a couple of years ago and couldn’t fathom holding a hand stand or engaging my hips! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
