Self love.. The most important love is self love. We mostly try to love everything and everyone. We are nice to people and give them hope and joy. We often forget to give ourselves the same energy. We want others to love us but don’t we need to love ourselves first in order to achieve that. In order to give energy it needs to be inside of you first, in order to get energy you need to believe in yourself first!! Self love is important, without being proud, happy and kind towards yourself, there is no way you will have enough energy to keep on loving another person.

This journal has taught me a lot about myself and how to deal with situations, a must have for everyone and anyone !!
