Well this certainly was not the way I had planned on this event going, but unfortunately the universe had a different plan. Yesterday morning during my free program practice session I ruptured my Achilles’ tendon. I am disappointed to have not been able to perform my program and finish the competition. I had been training incredibly well leading up to this event and I was looking forward to showing everyone all of my progress and my free program which I really love to perform. Life, however, had another idea. I am now focused on my recovery and hope to eventually be back on the ice. Thank you everyone for you concern and support! I really appreciate it. ?
