Our Artist’s Palate series celebrates its 100th dish this month, with a contribution from Takashi Murakami (@村上隆). ‘Sushi is a symbol of Japanese culture, and can now be enjoyed anywhere in the world,’ says the artist, himself a national treasure. We arranged his favourite tuna nigiri, alongside other sushi varieties into a sea of flowers, a recurring motif in his artwork.
