I’ve had my annual checkup. I try to keep myself healthy through decent and exercise. I wish I could be stress free and get plenty of rest, but having a toddler and being self employed isn’t easy. It’s a juggling act. At least I can have the doctor give me the once over. Had my Pap smear and the doctor examined my breasts for lumps. Need to remind myself I need to book my mammogram now I’ve virtually finished breastfeeding. Who else needs to get their annual check up?
